After Jean Nouvel’s architecture and its events programme, the Philharmonie de Paris unveils its new restaurant. Located on the sixth floor, the 650 m2 area offers breathtaking views over the Parc de la Villette. The à la carte and set price restaurants, bars and private lounges provide 170 covers, whilst the terrace adds another 30. Architect Frédéric Druot has created a minimalist atmosphere, but original features here and there bring variety to the overall effect with touches of baize and ruffled armchairs with richly brocaded textiles in a nod to the materials used in the main concert hall.
