Madeleine Guyer has been working for Inrate at INFRAS since 2007. She is a specialist for national and international climate and environmental policy, in particular emissions trading and CDM (Clean Development Mechanism). Prior to this, she accomplished an internship at EcoSecurities in Den Haag regarding the post -2012 climate policy as well as future layouts of CDM. She also did an internship with myclimate. In her thesis, she treated the monetisation of ecosystem services, which she concluded at the ETH in Zürich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). Madeleine Guyer holds a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Zürich.

La liste des critères se concentre sur deux problématiques : l’engagement des communes pour les pays en voie de développement et leurs pratiques en matière d’achats publics. Trois villes obtiennent la note maximale de 5 globes : Zürich (89 points), Genève (85 points) et Küsnacht (82 points).
Two areas are analyzed: the communities’ engagement with developing countries and their procurement practices. Three communities achieved the maximum rating with five globes: Zurich achieved 89 of 100 possible scores, Geneva 85 and Küsnacht 82 scores.

For several years, parallel to his studies, he was working as scientific journalist for “Faktor Journalisten” Ltd, writing primarily about energy-efficient constructing (2001-2010). Donald Sigrist studied mechanical engineering at the ETH in Zurich with a focus on thermodynamics, power engineering, and renewable energies (Master in 2006) as well as Management, Technology and Economics (Master in 2010).
