Avrupa Futbol Taraftarları Birliği (FSE), kıtanın dört bir yanındaki 48 ülkeden üyelere sahip; bağımsız, temsil edilen ve demokratik yapıya sahip bir futbol taraftarları ağıdır. FSE; münferit futbol taraftarlarını, gayriresmi taraftar oluşumlarını, taraftar derneklerini, ultra grupları, milli takım taraftarları gruplarını ve ulusal ve uluslararası taraftar kuruluşlarını içinde barındırır.

Football Supporters Europe (FSE) is an independent, representative and democratically organised grass-roots network of football fans in Europe with members in currently 48 countries across the continent. FSE includes individual football supporters, informal fan initiatives, fan clubs, ultra groups, national team supporter groups and national as well as transnational supporter organisations. FSE members acts upon issues in modern football such as ticketing, fan culture, discrimination and policing in football and is encouraging football fans as key stakeholders to speak up with a powerful and united voice within the structures of the game.

Football Supporters Europe (FSE) ist ein unabhängiges, repräsentatives und demokratisch organisiertes Grass-Roots-Netzwerk von Fußballfans in Europa mit Mitgliedern in derzeit 48 Ländern des Kontinents. FSE umfasst individuelle Fußballfans, informelle Faninitiativen, Fanclubs, Ultragruppen, Fangruppen der Nationalmannschaften und nationale sowie transnationale Fanorganisationen. Die FSE-Mitglieder arbeiten an Themen des modernen Fußballs wie Ticketing, Fankultur, Diskriminierung sowie Polizeimaßnahmen im Fußball und ermutigen Fans als eine der wichtigsten Interessengruppen im Fußball, vereint und machtvoll ihre Stimme innerhalb der Strukturen des Spiels zu erheben.

Football Supporters Europe (FSE) es una red de aficionados al fútbol de base independiente, representativa y organizada democráticamente que cuenta en la actualidad con miembros en 48 países de todo el continente. FSE integra a aficionados individuales, iniciativas informales de aficionados, peñas, grupos ultras, grupos de aficionados de selecciones nacionales y organizaciones nacionales y transnacionales de aficionados. Los miembros de FSE son actives en temas relevantes del fútbol moderno como entradas, cultura de grada, discriminación y control policial en el fútbol animando a los aficionados, como grupo implicado clave a defender sus puntos de vista dentro de una poderosa voz unitaria dentro de las estructuras de nuestro deporte

FSE comprende tifosi individuali di calcio, iniziative informali di tifosi, fan club, gruppi di ultra, gruppi di tifosi della nazionale, nonché organizzazioni di tifosi nazionali e transnazionali. I membri della FSE si occupano di tematiche inerenti il calcio moderno come la biglietteria, la cultura del tifo, la discriminazione e le forze dell’ordine nel calcio e sta incoraggiando gli appassionati di calcio, in quanto principali parte interessata, a farsi sentire con una voce potente e unita all'interno delle strutture del gioco.

Сеть Футбольных болельщиков Европы (FSE) является независимой, представительной и демократически организованной массовой сетью футбольных болельщиков в Европе с членством в 48 странах континента. FSE включает в себя отдельных футбольных болельщиков, неформальные фан-инициативы, фан-клубы, ультрас-группы, национальные и транснациональные организации болельщиков. Члены FSE работают над такими проблемами в современном футболе, как билетные системы, фан-культура, дискриминация и безопасность в футболе, а также поощряет болельщиков как ключевую заинтересованную сторону занять сильную единую позицию в структуре игры.
