Die GMT- und GLT-Mitglieder arbeiten eng zusammen, um mit Hilfsprojekten neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen, um aktuelle Lions-Führungskräfte zu unterstützen und um künftige Führungskräfte zu bestimmen. Diese beiden Strukturen sind auf internationaler Ebene über einen Exekutivrat verbunden und werden von diesem koordiniert.

Members of the GMT and GLT work together to develop membership through service and engagement and also to support present Lions leaders and identify future leaders. The two teams operate as parallel structures and are connected and coordinated at the international level by an executive council The GMT/GLT executive council is led by the LCI international president, with the international first and second vice presidents overseeing and providing guidance to the GMT and GLT respectively. Both the GMT and GLT are further supported by two international coordinators and a joint operations committee composed of the chairpersons of the Membership Development Committee, the Leadership Committee and the District and Club Service Committee, as well as a team of appointed constitutional area leaders.

Les membres des équipes EME et EMF coopèrent pour développer l'effectif par le biais des activités de service et de la mobilisation, pour soutenir les responsables Lions actuels et pour identifier les prochains. Les deux équipes fonctionnent comme des structures parallèles ; elles sont reliées et connectées au niveau international par un conseil exécutif. Ce conseil exécutif EME/EMF est dirigé par le président international du LCI ; les premier et second vice-présidents internationaux supervisent et guident respectivement les équipes EME et EMF. Les deux équipes sont par ailleurs assistées par deux coordinateurs internationaux, un comité conjoint chargé des opérations comprenant les présidents des commissions chargées du développement de l'effectif, de la formation des responsables et des services aux districts et aux clubs, ainsi qu'un groupe de dirigeants désignés des régions constitutionnelles.

Los miembros del GMT y del GLT trabajan conjuntamente para captar nuevos socios a través de actividades de servicio y participación, y también para respaldar a los líderes del Leonismo en funciones e identificar futuros líderes. Los dos equipos funcionan como estructuras paralelas y están conectados y coordinados en el nivel internacional por un consejo ejecutivo. El consejo ejecutivo del GMT y el GLT está dirigido por el presidente internacional de LCI, y los vicepresidentes primero y segundo orientan y supervisan al GMT y GLT respectivamente. Tanto el GMT como el GLT reciben el apoyo adicional de dos coordinadores internacionales y de un comité de operaciones conjuntas compuesto por los asesores del Comité de Aumento de Socios, el Comité de Liderato y el Comité de Servicios Distritales y del Club, así como un equipo de líderes designados de las distintas áreas estatutarias.

I membri del GMT e del GLT operano in collaborazione per l'incremento del numero di soci tramite il servizio e il coinvolgimento, oltre a supportare i leader Lions attuali e a identificare i leader futuri. I due team operano come strutture parallele e vengono connessi e coordinati a livello internazionale da un consiglio esecutivo. Il consiglio esecutivo GMT/GLT è presieduto dal Presidente Internazionale di LCI, mentre il Primo e il Secondo Vicepresidente Internazionale sovrintendono e guidano rispettivamente il GMT e il GLT. Sia il GMT che il GLT sono ulteriormente supportati da due Coordinatori Internazionali e da un Comitato Operativo Congiunto composto dai Presidenti dei Comitati Sviluppo Soci, Leadership e Servizi ai Distretti e Club, oltre che da un team di leader di area costituzionale nominati.

Os membros da GMT e da GLT trabalham juntos para gerar aumento de sócios por meio de serviços e comprometimento, e também para apoiar líderes atuais e identificar futuros líderes. As duas equipes operam como estruturas paralelas e são conectadas e coordenadas em nível internacional por um Conselho Executivo. O Conselho Executivo da GMT/GLT é liderado pelo presidente internacional do LCI, com a supervisão e orientação do primeiro e segundo vice-presidentes internacionais oferecendo orientação à GMT e à GLT, respectivamente. A GMT e a GLT são apoiadas ainda por dois coordenadores internacionais e um comitê de operações conjuntas composto pelos presidentes do Comitê de Aumento de Sócios, Comitê de Liderança e Comitê de Serviços a Distritos e Clubes, bem como por uma equipe de líderes de áreas jurisdicionais nomeados.

GMT- ja GLT-ryhmien jäsenet kehittävät yhdessä jäsentoimintaa palvelemalla ja innostamalla. He tukevat nykyisiä lionjohtajia ja nimeävät tulevia johtajia. Ryhmät työskentelevät rinnakkaisina rakenteina. Ne ovat yhteydessä toisiinsa ja niitä koordinoidaan kansainvälisellä tasolla työvaliokunnan välityksellä. GMT/GLT-työvaliokuntaa johtaa LCI:n kansainvälinen presidentti. Ensimmäinen varapresidentti valvoo ja tukee GMT-ryhmien ja toinen varapresidentti GLT-ryhmien toimintaa. Sekä GMT että GLT saavat lisätukea kahdelta kansainväliseltä koordinaattorilta ja yhteistoimintatoimikunnalta, joka koostuu jäsenkehitystoimikunnan, johtajakoulutustoimikunnan ja piiri- ja klubipalvelutoimikunnan puheenjohtajista sekä vaalipiirien johtajista kootusta tiimistä.

Medlemmar i GMT och GLT samarbetar för att utöka medlemmarna genom service och engagemang och även stödja nuvarande lionledare och hitta framtida ledare. De två teamen arbetar parallellt och är kopplade och samordnade på internationell nivå av ett verkställande råd. GMT:s/GLT:s verkställande råd leds av LCI:s internationella president, medan internationella första och andra vicepresidenterna ger råd och vägledning till GMT respektive GLT. Både GMT och GLT stöds även av två internationella koordinatorer och en gemensam verksamhetskommitté, som består av ordförandena i den internationella styrelsens medlemsutvecklingskommitté, ledarskapskommitté och kommittén för distrikt- och klubbservice, samt ett team av områdesledare för respektive konstitutionellt område.
