Jurisdikzioa eta Lege aplikagarria Oinarri hauek interpretatu eta betetze aldera, CAF enpresari eta eskatzaileari Espainiako legeak aplikatuko zaizkie. Dokumentu honen interpretazio edo egikaritzetik eratorritako edozein desadostasun aldeek ebatziko dute zuzenean.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction CAF and the applicant are subjected to Spanish Law with regards to the interpretation of and compliance with these bases. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this document will be directly settled by the parties. To this regard, the parties agree to use, in good faith, their utmost efforts to reach an amicable solution to disputes, abiding by the common cause expressed in said document, within 15 (fifteen) working days as of the date any of the parties submit a written claim to the other party, where a lack of response response from the other party does not defer the aforementioned deadline. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of this document or its interpretation that may not have been settled as provided in the previous section, or relating to breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Guipúzcoa (Spain) in Spanish. The arbitration award will be final and conclusive, waiving any rights to legal action against the same.

Jurisdicción y Ley aplicable. Para la interpretación y cumplimiento de estas bases, CAF y el solicitante se someten a la aplicación de las leyes de España. Toda controversia derivada de la interpretación o ejecución del presente documento, será resuelta directamente por las partes, para cuyo efecto éstas se comprometen a realizar, de buena fe, sus mayores esfuerzos para la solución armónica de sus controversias, atendiendo a la común intención expresada en el mismo, en un plazo máximo de 15 (quince) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que cualquiera de las partes dé aviso por escrito a la otra respecto de cualquier reclamación, sin que la falta de respuesta por parte de dicha otra parte suspenda el plazo antes señalado. Todo litigio, controversia o reclamación resultante de este documento o de su interpretación que no haya podido ser resuelta de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado precedente, así como lo relativo al incumplimiento, resolución o nulidad, se resolverá mediante arbitraje. El arbitraje se llevará a cabo en la Corte de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Guipúzcoa (España) y será en idioma Español. El laudo arbitral será definitivo e inapelable, renunciando cualquier recurso disponible contra el mismo.
