The Google Brand Features are provided "as is" and Google disclaims any warranties either expressed or implied by law regarding the Google Brand Features, including warranties of noninfringement. Furthermore, because you are not being charged for use of the Google Brand Features, in no event shall Google be liable to you for the subject matter of this Agreement under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages arising out of this Agreement or the use of the Google Brand Features. This limitation shall apply even if Google was or should have been aware or advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy stated herein. Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Los Elementos de Marca de Google se proporcionan "tal cual", y Google renuncia a cualquier garantía, expresa o implícita por ley, relacionada con los Elementos de Marca de Google, incluidas garantías de no incumplimiento. Asimismo, dado que no se te aplican cargos por el uso de los Elementos de Marca de Google, en ningún caso Google será responsable ante ti por el asunto objeto de este Acuerdo de conformidad con ningún principio de responsabilidad, incluida la responsabilidad por daños directos, indirectos, fortuitos, especiales, derivados, punitivos o ejemplares, o por otros daños derivados de este Acuerdo o del uso de los Elementos de Marca de Google. Esta limitación se aplicará aunque Google tuviera o debiera haber tenido conocimiento, o hubiera o debiera haber sido notificado, de la posibilidad de dichos daños, sin perjuicio de la imposibilidad de lograr una finalidad esencial de cualquier acción resarcitoria limitada estipulada en el presente documento. Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión de garantías implícitas o la limitación de responsabilidad por daños fortuitos o derivados, por lo que es posible que las exclusiones o limitaciones anteriores no se apliquen a tu caso.

Gli Elementi distintivi del brand Google sono forniti "così come sono" e Google nega qualsiasi garanzia esplicita o implicita imposta dalla legge in merito agli Elementi distintivi del brand Google, incluse garanzie di non violazione. Inoltre, dato che l'utilizzo degli Elementi distintivi del brand Google non è a pagamento, in nessun caso Google sarà responsabile nei confronti dell'utente rispetto all'oggetto del presente Contratto, qualsiasi sia la teoria di responsabilità, incluso per eventuali danni diretti, indiretti, incidentali, speciali, consequenziali, punitivi, esemplari o altri danni derivanti dal presente Contratto o dall'utilizzo degli Elementi distintivi del brand Google. Tale limitazione si applica anche nel caso in cui Google sia stata o avrebbe dovuto essere informata della possibilità di tali danni e nel caso di mancata efficacia dei rimedi limitati indicati nel presente documento. In alcuni stati non è consentita l'esclusione delle garanzie implicite né la limitazione di responsabilità per danni incidentali o consequenziali, pertanto le limitazioni ed esclusioni di cui sopra potrebbero non essere valide per l'utente.

Товарные знаки Google предоставляются "как есть", и Google отказывается от любых гарантий в отношении элементов Бренда Google, явно выраженных или подразумеваемых в законах, включая гарантии о ненарушении. В силу того, что с вас не взимается плата за использование элементов Бренда Google, по настоящему Соглашению компания Google не несет перед вами ответственности в соответствии с любой теорией ответственности, в том числе за любой прямой, косвенный, случайный, специальный, опосредованный, карательный, штрафной или другой ущерб, возникший вследствие принятия настоящего Соглашения или использования элементов Бренда Google. Это ограничение применяется даже в случаях, когда компания Google была или должна была быть поставлена в известность или предупреждена о возможности такого ущерба, и даже в случае неисполнения любых перечисленных способов защиты права. В некоторых государствах не допускается исключение ответственности за случайный или косвенный ущерб из гарантий, поэтому к вам могут не относиться вышеуказанные ограничения или исключения.
