Helsana envoie une feuille-accident LAA à votre collaborateur. Celle-ci doit être présentée à chaque visite chez le médecin pour que celui-ci puisse y inscrire ses annotations. Chaque fin de mois, votre collaborateur doit nous envoyer une copie de la feuille-accident LAA.

Your employee will receive a accident report UVG from Helsana. The employee must present this card at all physician's visits so that the physician can make the necessary entries. The employee must then provide us with a copy of the updated accident report UVG at the end of each month. Once the employee has fully resumed work, we will need the original daily allowance card in order to prepare the final invoice, as well as a final certificate from the attending physician.

Supplementary accident insurance enables employers like you to add modules to this compulsory accident insurance, and on all three levels: treatment, daily allowances and long-term loss of earnings. The possibilities are many and varied: you can, for example, insure lower wages more generously (100% rather than only 80%) or insure higher salaries above the CHF 148,200 limit imposed by the UVG on insurable earnings. You can also raise the level of accommodation in hospital not only for certain groups of employees but for all of them, from general to semi-private or private.

In quanto datore di lavoro, con la stipulazione di un'assicurazione complementare contro gli infortuni potete integrare in maniera modulare l'assicurazione obbligatoria contro gli infortuni, e questo a tutti e tre i livelli: cure, indennità giornaliera e perdite di guadagno di lunga durata. Avete a disposizione numerose possibilità: potete assicurare salari bassi in modo più esteso (al 100% anziché solo all'80%) oppure assicurare salari alti oltre il guadagno assicurabile di CHF 148 200 previsto dalla LAINF. Potete anche aumentare il comfort di degenza dal reparto comune a quello semiprivato o privato per tutti i collaboratori oppure solo per taluni gruppi di essi.
