* Одевай линзы , сидя за столом, если линза упадет,ее легче будет найти. При снятии линз так же их надо почистить на ладони, заменить в контейнере средство, и поместить туда линзы. Следи, чтобы контейнер был плотно закрыт. Даже если не носишь линзы в течение какого-то времени, жидкость в контейнере надо менять каждую неделю. В случае жжения ,покраснения и других неприятных ощущений в глазах, линзы надо снять. Контейнер и жидкость для ухода за линзами должны быть всегда с собой.
