Our interview process starts in line with your qualifications and our available positions. At the end of first interviews conducted by Human Resources Department, the candidate may also be asked to take some general skills examination such as numeric, English, or PC usage tests. Candidates successful in the first interviews and General Skills examinations are invited to second interviews with the line manager and relevant unit director together with Human Resources. If a mutual agreement has been reached in terms of task, responsibility and work conditions, job is offered to candidate. If not agreed on certain points, personal information of the candidates are kept in our system to be evaluated for future suitable positions.
