Wer sich hier zurechtfinden und den schnellsten Weg von A nach B finden will, muss sich in dem Gewirr der Straßen und Gassen gut auskennen. Und die Staus umfahren. Kein Leichtes in einer Metropole, über deren Verkehrswege sich rund 4,2 Millionen Fahrzeuge quälen – bei wachsender Tendenz. Stillstand und Verzögerungen sind an der Tagesordnung. Die Luft ist stark von Abgasen belastet.
