Naša pozitivna praksa v Ljubljani in interes gostov, da spoznajo in v kratkem času obiščejo čim več krajev Slovenije, so dokazovali, da je potrebno organizirano ponudbo zasebnih nastanitev razširiti na vso Slovenijo.

Our positive practice in Ljubljana and the interest of guests to get to know and visit as many places in Slovenia as they can in a short period of time have proved that it was necessary to expand the organized offer of private accommodation throughout the whole Slovenia. In 1998 for that reason and also because the providers of such services were unrecognizably left on their own the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia entered into this agreement as well. A year later in the newly established country of Slovenia once again the chance of organized approach and development of individual accommodation offer was given. We established a section of room renters within the framework of the association for tourism and hotels and restaurants at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and a year later we established Zavod PTO AS - institute for development and organization of apartments and private rooms. In accordance with all the above the most complicated, however, at the same time the most authentic offer of houses of tradition is arising, operating within the framework of the institute for development of houses of tradition.

Unsere Positivpraxis in Ljubljana und Interesse der Gäste um so viel Orten des Sloweniens wie möglich kennen zu lernen und in kürzer Zeit zu besuchen, haben bewiesen, dass das organisierte Angebot der Privatunterkünften auf das ganze Slowenien verbreitern werden müsste. Deswegen und auch weil die Anbieter dieser touristischen Unterkünften unerkennbar zu sich selbst überlassen waren, hat im Jahr 1998 auch die Wirtschaftskammer Sloweniens zum Abkommen beigetreten. Ein Jahr später wurde in neuem Staat Sloweniens noch einmal die Möglichkeit des organisierten Auftritts und der Entwicklung des individuellen Unterkunftsangebots gegeben. Wir gründeten eine Sektion der Zimmeranbieter in den Rahmen vom Verband für Tourismus und Gastfreundschaft bei der Wirtschaftskammer Sloweniens, ein Jahr später die Anstalt PTO AS, Anstalt für Entwicklung und Organisiertheit des Apartements und Privatzimmer. Im Rahmen des Ganzen ist das höchstanspruchsvolle aber gleichzeitig auch das höchstunverbildete Angebot der Traditionshäuser im Werden, das im Rahmen der Anstalt für Entwicklung der Traditionshäuser tätig ist. Seit 2002 machen wir in Ljubljana unter Mitarbeit mit der Ljubljana Anstalt für Tourismus und der Regionalen touristischen Organisation für Entwicklung und Organisiertheit des Apartements und Privatzimmer das Projekt ?Gastfreundschaft der Ljubljana Häuser" langsam geltend.

Abbiamo stabilito così la Sezione offerenti degli alloggi privati, sotto la custodia dell' Associazione turistica e alberghiera, che faceva parte della Camera di commercio e industria di Slovenia. Un anno dopo abbiamo stabilito l'istituto PTO AS intitolato ad occuparsi dello sviluppo e dell’organizzazione degli alloggi privati. A questo momento si è sviluppata la più esigente ma anche la più genuina offerta delle Case tradizionali, che sta operando ancora oggi sotto la custodia dell'Istituto per lo sviluppo delle case tradizionali.

Наш положительный опыт в Любляне и заинтересованы и довольны гости показались, что можно из Любляны в короткое время посетить разные города и достопримечательности в Словении, так что мы распространились наше предложение на Словению вообще. В 1998 году приступила к договору Хозяйственная палата Словении. В следующем году мы установили "отделение посуточных квартир и комнат" в составе Объединения для туризма и эксплуатации гостиниц в Хозяйственной палате, через год Учреждение PTO AS для развития и организации апартаментов и приватных комнат. Рядом существует самое претенциозное заведение Словенские Дома с традицией.
