Rakan Pembimbing Perkhidmatan Awam (AKRAB) merupakan nama khusus bagi pegawai yang dilantik sebagai ahli AKRAB setelah berjaya mengikuti Program Peningkatan Kemahiran Asas Kaunseling (PPKK). Dalam Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 18 Tahun 2005 menyatakan aplikasi psikologi dalam pengurusan sumber manusia, AKRAB perlu dilatih dalam dua (2) tahap PPKK.

Public Service Counselling Associates (AKRAB) is a specific name for officers and staff appointed as AKRAB members upon completion of the Basic Counselling Skills Enhancement Programme (PPKK). Circular No. 18 for 2005 stated the application of psychology in human resource management. AKRAB must be trained at two (2) levels of PPKK. The name AKRAB is a combination of basic compulsory values for a counselling associate, namely Honesty (Amanah), Commitment (Komitment), Rational (Rasional), Morals (Akhlak) dan Smart (Bestari).

Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Tadbir Urus (JKTU) pada 6 Jun 2013 telah bersetuju mewujudkan Bahagian Pengurusan Integriti Agensi di SPRM. Berikutnya, Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 6 Tahun 2013 telah diterbitkan berkuatkuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2013 berkaitan penubuhan Unit Integriti di semua agensi awam peringkat Persekutuan dan Negeri.

Forestry Integrity Unit Establistment on 15th February 2014 and lead by MACC Senior Officer. The establishment of the forestry was mooted Integrity Unit from the year 2008. The Special Integrity Management Committee (IMC) meeting in 18th August 2008 has decided that a Senior Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) (at the time) officer be placed as the Chief Integrity Officer as cadre post in the high corrupt risk Ministry and Department. Integrity and Governance Committee Meeting (IGCM) in 6th June 2013 have agreed to establish the Agency Integrity Management Division in the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). A Circular No. 6 of 2013 related to the establishment of the Integrity Unit in every public agencies at Federal and State levels was issued with effect from 1st August 2013.
