2.2.2 The PM is considering the realignment of some files and responsibilities within the Program to improve operations and enhance workflow. Certain files will be (or have already been) transferred to other officers, such as the Academic Relations file, which was transferred from the LE-08 Political Officer to the LE-08 Public Affairs Officer. The PM was able to demonstrate appropriate logic and rationale for these changes and linkages to the strategic priorities of the Mission.
