A survey of the administrative regulation of business ctivities was recently conducted as part of the International Finance Corporation (IFC)'s project to improve the business environment in Belarus. As many as I 1200 owners of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in various regions and economic sectors were interviewed during the survey to find out their attitudes to the existing procedures regarding registration, licensing, auditing, certification, obtaining permission, tax administration, price regulation, and price control.

В ходе исследования было опрошено 1200 представителей малого и среднего бизнеса Беларуси, работающих в разных регионах и представляющих различные отрасли экономики. На этот раз для изучения были выбраны процедуры регистрации, лицензирования, проверок, сертификации, получения разрешений, а также налогового администрирования, ценового регулирования и контроля.
