About 30 employees of the ministry and participating agencies took part in the chess tournament, which started on April 6. Rajab Suleymanov, employee of the State Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection Services within the Ministry of Economic Development, came in first. Fikrat Gurbanov from Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park and Jeyhun Majidov from the ministry’s State Investments department came in second and third respectively. The winners received a diploma from the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Economic Development and a cash prize. All the participants of the tournament received chess sets from the Ministry of Economic Development.
