La prestigieuse Fondation, fondée en 1978, a pour objectif la divulgation scientifique et culturelle, ainsi que le dévouement et l’entrain de son créateur, le professeur Grisolia, a favorisé la célébration et la consolidation de nombreuses initiatives de pointe et de référence au niveau scientifique, comme sont les Prix Roi Jacques Ier, le centre Reine Sophie pour l’Etude de la Violence, La Chaire Santiago Grisolia et La Chaire des Emérites de la Communauté Valencienne.
