The officer of the strategic researches under the President, candidate of social sciences Afgan Veliyev provided a historical background about the returning of the tricolor flag from the building of the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic on April 27, 1920. The guest noted that after the Bolshevik occupation, one of the public figures who emigrated to foreign countries was Secretary-Senator Mirza Bala Mammadzade. On April 27 he took over the Bolsheviks' flag in order to prevent it from falling and kept it in the countries where he lived.
