Rendered fats that are intended not for the manufacture of feed for farm animals, cosmetics, medicines or medical devices, but for the production of biodiesel, organic fertilisers or soil conditioners must comply with the requirements set forth in Annex XIV Chapter II Section 9 of Regulation (EU) 142/2011.

Les graisses fondues, qui ne sont pas destinées à la production d'aliments pour animaux d'élevage ou à la fabrication de produits cosmétiques, de médicaments ou de dispositifs médicaux mais qui sont destinés à la production de biogazole, d'engrais organiques et d'amendements doivent satisfaire aux exigences de l'annexe XIV, chapitre II, section 9, du règlement (UE) 142/2011.

Ausgeschmolzene Fette, die nicht zur Herstellung von Futtermitteln für Nutztiere, Kosmetika, Arzneimitteln oder Medizinprodukten sondern zur Produktion von Biodiesel, organischen Düngemitteln oder Bodenverbesserungsmitteln bestimmt sind, müssen den Anforderungen gemäss Anhang XIV Kapitel II Abschnitt 9 der Verordnung (EU) 142/2011 entsprechen.

I grassi fusi che non sono finalizzati alla produzione di foraggio destinato agli animali da reddito, di cosmetici, medicamenti o dispositivi medici, ma alla produzione di biodiesel, fertilizzanti organici o ammendanti, devono soddisfare i requisiti di cui all'allegato XIV, capitolo II, sezione 9, del regolamento (UE) 142/2011.
