The qualitative expression of our Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is linked to its inimitable production environment. In it prevail pedological, climatic and varietal components; so the morphology of the hills, the setting of the vineyards, the dynamic characteristics of the soils, the temperatures that are the main elements that contribute to the creation of the organoleptic characteristics of the wine, its unmistakable taste. But the quality of Prosecco Superiore indirectly contributes other elements, not easily codifiable, that involve our emotional sphere linked to the sight of its landscapes. The productive environment is then constituted by a physical fraction that we can code and a fraction that affects the emotions, the motions of the soul, through the mediation of our senses.
