President Nishani: All deeds should be judged on the constitutional and legitimacy bases. The best guarantee aren’t individuals, our guarantee are procedures which should be consolidated according to the European standards. These are exactly the guarantees that be granted only by the President of the Republic, whoever He is, but these should come exactly by the procedures we have. And we should consolidate procedures based on the standards that today are applied by the member countries of the European Union. And regarding the case of the promotion for example, of the judges that you mentioned in your very fair question, we should be oriented on the evaluation and promotion of the carrier, which is not done on the based on the President’s of the Republic sub conscience, or on the sub conscience on the member of the High Council of Justice, or on other different lobbies that can be made toward the members of the High Council of Justice, but only based on practice, criteria, and standards systems which will be made public and transparent. And the High Council of Justice including the President of the Republic will make decisions based on this procedure nowadays made public. This is the main engagement that we have in this field.
