Die Begasungskästen mit Schutzgaseinlass und -auslass werden für das Spannungsarmglühen von Werkstücken aus Kobalt-Chrom nach dem Lasersintern benötigt. Über das Schutzgasrohr wird der Kasten mit nicht brennbaren Schutzgasen wie z. B. Argon beaufschlagt. Der aus wärmebeständigem Werkstoff 1.4841 (DIN) bestehende Gaskasten wird mit Deckel, abgedichtet aus keramischer Faser, Schutzgaseinlass und -auslass durch den oberen Ofenkragen und Dichtungsprofil sowie inkl. Schnellkupplung mit 3/8“ Schlauchanschluss geliefert. Im Lieferumfang ist zudem ein Chargenthermoelement Typ K enthalten. Er kann für maximale Arbeitstemperaturen bis 1100 °C eingesetzt werden, mit entsprechend höherem Verschleiß auch bis 1150 °C.

La caja de gasificación fabricada en material 1.4841 (DIN) resistente al calor se suministra con tapa, sellada con fibra cerámica, entrada y salida de gas protector a través del collar superior del horno y perfil de junta así como acoplamiento rápido con boquilla de empalme de 3/8“. El volumen de suministro incluye un termopar de carga de tipo K. Se puede utilizar para temperaturas máximas de trabajo de hasta 1100 °C; también de hasta 1150 °C con el correspondiente mayor desgaste.

Skrzynki do napełniania gazem z wlotem i wylotem gazu ochronnego wymagane są do wyżarzania odprężającego przedmiotów obrabianych ze stopu chromo-kobaltowego po spiekaniu laserowym. Za pośrednictwem rury gazu ochronnego skrzynka jest napełniana niepalnymi gazami ochronnymi, takimi jak argon. Zbudowana z żaroodpornego materiału 1.4841 (DIN) skrzynka gazowa dostarczana jest z pokrywą, uszczelnioną włóknami ceramicznymi, wlotem i wylotem gazu ochronnego w górnym kołnierzu pieca i profilem uszczelniającym, a także szybkozłączem z przyłączem węża 3/8˝. Zakres dostawy uwzględnia ponadto termoelement wsadu typu K. Można go wykorzystywać przy maksymalnych temperaturach roboczych 1100 °C, a przy odpowiednio większym zużyciu – również przy temperaturze maks. 1150 °C.
