Un thermocouple enveloppe de type K branché à un affichage numérique ou à un enregistreur de température permet de mesurer la température exacte qui règne dans le caisson de mise sous gaz. Pour mesurer la température, le système dispose d’un thermomètre à affichage LED et d’une interface pour la documentation via le logiciel de Nabertherm.
Zur Messung der exakten Temperatur im Gaskasten wird ein Mantelthermoelement Typ K verwendet, welches an ein digitales Anzeigegerät oder an einen Temperaturschreiber angeschlossen werden kann. Zur Temperaturmessung steht ein Temperaturmessgerät mit LED-Anzeige und Schnittstelle zur Dokumentation über die Nabertherm- Software zur Verfügung. Montiert ist dieses im separaten Metallgehäuse. Das Temperaturmessgerät ist mit einer 2-poligen Steckvorrichtung zum Anschluss des Thermoelements ausgestattet. Die Temperatur kann so ermittelt und gegebenenfalls am Controller nachjustiert werden. Auf Wunsch besteht die Möglichkeit, den Ofen über eine Chargenregelung mit Thermoelement direkt am Werkstück zu steuern.
Para la medición de la temperatura exacta en la caja de gasificación se utiliza un termopar de recubrimiento de tipo K que se puede conectar a un indicador digital o a un termógrafo. Para la medición de la temperatura hay disponible un aparato de medición de la temperatura con indicador LED e interfaz para la documentación por medio del software de Nabertherm. Dicho aparato se encuentra montado en una carcasa de metal por separado. El aparato de medición de la temperatura está equipado con un conector de 2 polos para conectar el termopar. De esta forma se puede determinar la temperatura, y, si procede, se puede ajustar posteriormente en el controlador. A petición, existe la posibilidad de controlar el horno mediante una regulación de carga con termopar, directamente en la pieza.

Schnellkupplung mit 3/8“ Schlauchanschluss geliefert. Im Lieferumfang ist zudem ein Chargenthermoelement Typ K enthalten. Er kann für maximale Arbeitstemperaturen bis 1100 °C eingesetzt werden, mit entsprechend höherem Verschleiß auch bis 1150 °C.
