Il paese dista dalla città di Hvar circa 4 km ad Est. Possiede due spiagge sabbiose, la costa e nascosta dai pini, dalle agave, dalle vigna e frutteti. Accanto alla costa di Milna, esistono due baie coperte dai boschi e precisamente si tratta di Malo e Veliko Borče.

Milna is situated 4 km east of city of Hvar. There are two pebble beaches, and a woody and gentle coast where pine-trees, agaves, vineyards and orchards overgrow. Next to Milna lagoon there are two other woody lagoons; Malo and Veliko Borče.
