Per noi I Vigneri non è così, semplicemente perché noi non lavoriamo per produrre un grappolo d’uva, ma una bottiglia di vino. Quello che per gli altri è un problema, per noi è un’opportunità!»”

“As a young boy, my father, who also worked in the vineyards, took me to work with him. I never found it hard work. I loved tending the vines, the pruning, and especially the harvest. In truth, tending the alberello vines by hand, as we do, is very hard work. This is why the work of the “viddanu” (vine worker) is not, as we used to say here, considered suitable work for a respectable person. It is work for the most stupid.
