The early phase of a participatory project is often mistakenly underestimated and under-prioritised. This is a real pity because it is in this phase that the entire project should be designed and developed. If enough care and consideration is shown here, much pain and difficulty can be avoided later. If you have a clear picture of the purpose of the project, and the impact you want to achieve from the outset, the odds are that the input throughout the project will be much better. In turn, this will increase your likelihood of successfully achieving the goals of the project.

Die frühe Phase eines Partizipationsprojekts wird oft zu Unrecht unterschätzt und zu wenig beachtet. Das ist wirklich bedauerlich, da in dieser Phase das gesamte Projekt gestaltet und entworfen wird. Spesso non si danno il giusto valore e la giusta priorità alla fase iniziale di un progetto di partecipazione. Ciò è un vero peccato, perché è proprio in questa fase che l’intero progetto dovrebbe essere definito e sviluppato. Se si affronta questa fase con attenzione e con la giusta considerazione, è possibile evitare inconvenienti e difficoltà in futuro. Se hai una chiara idea dello scopo del progetto e dell’impatto che vuoi che abbiano i suoi risultati, darai sicuramente il giusto contributo ad ogni fase del progetto. Ciò permetterà, a sua volta, di aumentare le probabilità di raggiungere con successo gli obiettivi del progetto.
