In the 2012 summer season, the holiday destination of Gstaad will focus more on mountain biking and strengthen its profile as a biking region. Anyone who would like to enjoy the great outdoors in a sporting capacity on two wheels has access to a broad network of bike routes with everything from short excursions to extreme tours. About 150 kilometres of signposted routes are just waiting to be explored. In and around Gstaad, there are a good 500 kilometres of GPS tracks available to mountain bikers of all levels of fitness and ability. Eleven hotels have received certification as official bike hotels.

In der Sommersaison 2012 setzt die Feriendestination Gstaad verstärkt aufs Mountainbiken und schärft ihr Profil als Bikeregion. Für alle, die Natur sportlich auf zwei Rädern geniessen möchte, erstreckt sich ein weites Netz aus Bike-Routen vom Kurzausflug bis zur Extrem-Tour. Rund 150 Kilometer signalisierte Strecken warten darauf, erfahren zu werden. Für Mountainbiker aller Fitness- und Fertigkeitsklassen stehen rund um Gstaad gut 500 Kilometer GPS-Tracks zur Verfügung. Elf Hotels haben sich als offizielles Bikehotel zertifizieren lassen.
