F’dan il-każ, wara r-riċezjoni tar-rikjesta mir-Reġistrant u wara li l- informazzjoni mibgħuta mir-Reġistrant tiġi eżaminata, ir-Reġistru jista’ jiddeċidi jekk jagħtix il-kodiċi ta’ l-awtorizzazjoni direttament lir- Reġistrant.

4. If the Registrar fails to provide the Registrant with the unique authorisation code in accordance with Section 10 of the Registration Policy, the Registrant may request the authorisation code directly from the Registry, provided that the Registrant can demonstrate it has undertaken all efforts to obtain the authorisation code from the Registrar and that the Registrar had not provided it. In such case, after receipt of the request from the Registrant and upon examination of the information received from the Registrant, the Registry may decide to grant the authorisation code directly to the Registrant.

3. Pendant la Durée d’Enregistrement, un Nom de Domaine peut être transféré à tout moment aux héritiers légaux du Titulaire (suite au décès du Titulaire) ou à l'acquéreur des actifs du Titulaire (dans le cas où le Titulaire ferait l’objet des procédures décrite dans les Règles de la politique d’intérêt général) et ce, sous réserve de la communication des documents appropriés, étant entendu que les héritiers légaux ou l’acquéreur des actifs doivent répondre aux exigences d’éligibilité définies à la Section 1 des présentes. Un tel transfert doit se faire conformément à la procédure définie dans l’Article 10 de la Politique d’Enregistrement.

(i) kann der Registrant die Reaktivierung oder die Übertragung der ausgesetzten Domain, gemäß Abschnitt 11 der Registrierungspolitik, beantragen. Das Register reaktiviert eine ausgesetzte Domain gemäß Absatz 1 Ziffer (i) nur nach Erhalt eines Ansuchens des vom Registranten beauftragten Registrars, die Domain zu reaktivieren und nur, wenn das Registrarkonto ein Guthaben für die Bezahlung der zu entrichtenden Gebühren für die Reaktivierung aufweist.

5. O serviço de Registo não assume, em nenhuma circunstância, qualquer responsabilidade pelo processamento de uma transferência de um Nome de Domínio. O Agente de Registo (actual e/ou novo) e o Titular do Registo (actual ou novo) são, em conjunto, plena e exclusivamente responsáveis por assegurar que cada pedido de transferência de um Nome de Domínio é devidamente documentado e registado por uma pessoa autorizada.

(i) gedurende veertig (40) dagen, indien en voorzover het Register een verzoek om annulering heeft ontvangen van de Registrator zoals uiteengezet in Paragraaf 6, lid 2, van dit document. De schorsingsperiode van 40 dagen begint op (a) de in het annuleringsverzoek genoemde datum of (b) de datum waarop het annuleringsverzoek is gedaan indien de in het annuleringsverzoek genoemde datum vóór deze datum ligt of geen datum vermeld staat in het annuleringsverzoek.

1. Držitel je oprávněn Doménové jméno kdykoliv převést na základě ustanovení obsažených v části 8 níže na nového Registrátora nebo jiného akreditovaného Registrátora podle postupu uvedeného v části 10 Pravidel registrace, pokud jsou současně splněny všechny následující podmínky: 1) Doménové jméno je převedeno na nového Držitele a tento nový Držitel potvrdil, že splňuje Všeobecná kritéria způsobilosti; a 2) Registrátor zaplatil příslušné poplatky.

4. Amennyiben a Regisztrátor nem közli a Bejegyzést kérő személlyel az egyedi kódot a Regisztrációs irányelv 10. Szakasza értelmében a Bejegyzést kérő személynek jogában áll az engedélyezési kódot közvetlenül a Nyilvántartótól kérvényezni, feltéve, ha a Bejegyzést kérő személy igazolni tudja, hogy megtett mindent annak érdekében, hogy a kódot a Regisztrátorától szerezze meg, de a Regisztrátor ezt nem tette meg. Ilyen esetben a beérkező kérvény és mellékelt információ elbírálása után a Nyilvántartó úgy dönthet, hogy kiadja az Engedélyezési kódot közvetlenül a Bejegyzést kérő személynek.

2. Registrantul are dreptul de a anula Înregistrarea Numelui de Domeniu, în conformitate cu prevederile contractului semnat cu propriul său Registrator. O astfel de anulare va intra în vigoare numai în situaţia în care Registrul primeşte o solicitare de anulare prin intermediul Registratorului, înainte de încheierea Termenului. În cazul în care Registrul nu primeşte o astfel de solicitare, acesta are dreptul să solicite taxa de reînnoire aplicabilă, aferente noii Perioade de înregistrare, în conformitate cu procedura descrisă în Secțiunea 9 din Ghidul de Înregistrare.
