The CO2 is in a storage cylinder which always needs to be kept in an upright position, since CO2 is liquefied under pressure. To keep the gas well dosed while inserting it into the aquarium, screw the pressure reducer on the storage cylinder. It reduces the cylinder pressure so that you are able to adjust the CO2 supply to an exact quantity of bubbles with a small handwheel. The CO2 reaches from the pressure reducer over a CO2 resistant hose to a bubble counter, which at the same time serves as check valve ( JBL ProFlora CO2 Count Safe ). Per immettere il gas ben dosato nell’acquario, avvita il riduttore di pressione sulla bombola. Questo ridurrà la pressione della bombola e ti permetterà di regolare la fornitura di CO2 con un preciso numero di bolle tramite un piccolo volantino. La CO2 passa dal riduttore di pressione attraverso un tubo flessibile, resistente alla CO2 e raggiunge un contabolle, che funge contemporaneamente da valvola di non ritorno ( JBL ProFlora CO2 Count Safe ). Nel contabolle è presente dell’acqua, nella quale le bolle di CO2 salgono verso l’alto e diventano visibili.
