Dieses Zertifikat enthält somit, anders als die PRIVATE Zertifikate, auch die Angaben und Informationen des Unternehmens. Jede mit diesem Zertifikat ausgeführte Operation, Authentifizierung oder elektronische Unterschrift, ist somit immer juristisch an das Unternehmen gebunden.

The certificate holds information about the cardholder but also details of the company which he is commissioned to. Any operation, authentication or signature made with the certificate is made in the name of the employee or agent of the company. These certificates are only for the use in a professional context, like online banking account management with Multiline or for online VAT declarations (eTVA), etc.

Il donne des renseignements sur l’individu-détenteur, mais aussi sur les coordonnées de l'entreprise qui l'a mandaté: toute opération, authentification ou signature, effectuée avec ce certificat est faite en tant qu’employé ou mandataire de cette entreprise. Il doit être utilisé, comme son nom l’indique, dans un contexte professionnel: par exemple, la gestion des comptes de l'entreprise par le biais de Multiline ou la déclaration de TVA avec eTVA , etc.
