Good talent management means that the right person is always in the right job. This is the essence of the HR strategy at TU Delft. It may sound straightforward, but if we are to deliver the goods, we need HR staff in a variety of different jobs. You can work at the sharp end in central staff administration (the Shared Services Centre). Or as an HR advisor, lawyer or HR manager, where you will be involved in staff planning, career issues, organisational questions or legal problems. Or as a project leader or project assistant, where you will deal with aspects such as language development programmes, stimulating diversity and developments relating to the HR matrix.
