Les Zurichois ont donc mis en place un processus sophistiqué, qui s’étend de la recherche combinée auprès de l’IPI dans la littérature et les brevets (recherche technologique) à la mise en place d’une base de données de brevets externes, en passant par la surveillance bimestrielle de tous les projets et produits.

“Basically, each of our innovation projects aims at a formal IP right,” says Moser. Therefore, the Zuercher have built up a highly complex process which ranges from the combined patent and literature search (technology search) at the IPI as well as a bi-monthly monitoring of all projects and products to the creation of an internal database with selected third party patents.

«Grundsätzlich», so Moser, «zielt jedes unserer Innovationsprojekte auf einen formellen Schutztitel ab». Deshalb haben die Zürcher einen hochkomplexen Prozess aufgebaut, der von der kombinierten Patent- und Literaturrecherche (Technologierecherche) beim IGE über das zweimonatige Monitoring aller Projekte und Produkte bis hin zur Anlage einer internen Datenbank mit ausgewählten Fremdpatenten reicht.

«Sostanzialmente, spiega l’amministratore delegato, ogni nostro progetto è finalizzato alla produzione di un’innovazione da proteggere formalmente». Per questa ragione la ditta ha sviluppato una complessa procedura che va dalla ricerca combinata nell’ambito dei brevetti e della letteratura specifica presso l’IPI, all’allestimento di una banca dati interna che raccoglie una selezione di brevetti esteri, passando per il monitoraggio di ogni progetto e di ogni prodotto durante l’arco di due mesi.
