4.1 Tenzij anderszins overeengekomen, zijn de prijzen netto, af fabriek Medaxis (overeenkomstig INCOTERMS 2010), exclusief btw, in Zwitserse franken (CHF) of euro’s (EUR). Verzendkosten (porto, administratie en verpakking) en de kosten van verpakking die verder gaat dan de standaardverpakking komen voor rekening van de klant.

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, prices are understood to be net, ex works Medaxis (pursuant to INCOTERMS 2010), excluding value-added tax, in Swiss francs or euros. Shipping costs (postage, handling and packaging) and the cost of more than standard packaging are at the customer's expense.

Les frais d'envoi (port, manutention et emballage) ainsi que les frais liés à un emballage dépassant le cadre standard sont à la charge du client.

4.1 Soweit nicht anders vereinbart, verstehen sich die Preise netto, ex Werk Medaxis (Ex Works gemäss INCOTERMS 2010), exkl. Mehrwertsteuer, in Schweizer Franken oder Euro. Versandkosten (Porto, Handling und Verpackung) und die Kosten einer über den Standard hinausgehenden Verpackung gehen zulasten des Kunden.

4.1 Salvo quanto diversamente concordato, i prezzi si intendono al netto, franco fabbrica di Medaxis (ex works ai sensi degli INCOTERMS 2010), IVA escl., in Franchi Svizzeri o Euro. I costi di spedizione (spese postali, gestione e imballaggio) e i costi di un'eventuale imballaggio che esuli dallo standard, saranno a carico del cliente.
