There is now clear evidence that what we eat has an impact on our health, the environment, the economy and society. A sustainable diet should therefore be encouraged. To promote this, knowledge about the current food situation and the attitudes and barriers to the implementation of sustainability in the population is necessary. Since there is little data available for Switzerland, the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, conducted a survey using an online questionnaire at three Swiss educational institutions. Data collected from the 400 participants is currently being collated and analysed.
