1 февраля 2017 года опубликованы новые правила, принятые на 17 Конференции СИТЕС в суде ЕС. Популярный карликовый геккон Вильямса (Lygodactylus williamsi), психоделический геккон (Cnemaspis psychedelica) и некоторые абронии добавлены в Приложение А. В Приложение B добавлены: многие мягкотелые черепахи (Cyclanorbis и Trionyx triunguis, Rafetus euphraticus), кенийская рогатая гадюка, древесная африканская гадюка, геккон мадагаскарский наземный, гонконгский тритон и лягушка-помидор (Dyscophus antongilii).

El 01/02/2017 se publicaron las enmiendas incorporadas en el Reglamento (CE) durante la 17.a reunión de la Conferencia de las Partes. El popular gecko azul eléctrico (L. williamsi), la salamanquesa psicodélica (C. psychedelica) y algunas especies de Abronia se han incorporado al anexo A. Al anexo B se han incorporado: muchas especies de tortuga de caparazón blando (Cyclanorbis y Trionyx triunguis, Rafetus euphraticus), las víboras Bitis worthingtoni y Atheris desaixi, el gecko Paroedura masobe, el tritón Paramesotriton hongkongensis y la rana tomate Dyscophus antongilii. Dos informaciones de interés para los amantes del acuario: al anexo B se han incorporado todos los nautilinos (Nautilina) y el pez ángel clarión (Holacanthus clarionensis) del Pacífico oriental. Quien ya posea alguna de estas especies, debería informar a las autoridades competentes lo antes posible.

Il 01.02.2017 sono stati pubblicati i riordinamenti che sono stati adottati dalla legislazione UE durante la 17° riunione della Conferenza delle Parti CITES. L’amato geco turchese nano (Lygodactylus williamsi), il geco psichedelico (Cnemaspis psychedelica) e alcune Abronia sono stati inclusi nell’Appendice 1. Sono state incluse a nuovo nell’Appendice 2: molte tartarughe dal guscio molle (Cyclanorbis & Trionyx triunguis, Rafetus euphraticus), la vipera cornuta del Kenya, la vipera Atheris desaixi, il geco masobe, il Paramesotriton honkongensis e la rana pomodoro (Dyscophus antongilli). Per gli acquariofili ci sono due novità: nuovi nell’Appendice 2 sono tutti i nautilus (Nautilidae) und e lo Holacanthus clarionensis del Pacifico orientale. Chi possiede già questi animali è tenuto a comunicarlo senza indugio agli uffici competenti.

On February 01, 2017 new regulations were published which were adopted into EU law during the 17th Conference of the Parties to CITES. The popular turquoise dwarf gecko (L. williamsi), the psychedelic rock gecko (C. psychedelica) and some arboreal alligator lizards were added to Appendix A. Newly added to Appendix B were: many softshell turtles (Cyclanorbis & Trionyx triunguis, Rafetus euphraticus), the Kenyan horn viper, the Mount Kenya bush viper, the Paroedura masobe, the Hong Kong warty newt and tomato frogs (Dyscophus antongilii). Two pieces of information for aquarium owners: new in Appendix B are all nautili and the Clarion angelfish (Holacanthus clarionensis) from the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Anyone already keeping these animals should notify the relevant authorities as soon as possible.

Op 01.02.2017 zijn nieuwe afspraken openbaar gemaakt die op de 17e internationale CITEX conventie (COP) in het EU recht zijn opgenomen. De geliefde azuurblauwe daggekko (L. williamsi), de psychedelische gekko (C. psychedelica) en enkele boomhazelwormen zijn nieuw in de bijlage A opgenomen. In bijlage B zijn nieuw opgenomen: veel weekschildpadden (Cyclanorbis & Trionyx triunguis, Rafetus euphraticus), de Keniaanse gehoornde adder, de Mount Kenya bosadder, de paroedura picta, de Hongkong wrattensalamander en de tomaatkikker. Voor aquariumliefhebber 2 notities: nieuw in bijlage B zijn alle nautilussen en de oranje keizersvis (Holacanthus clarionensis) uit het oostelijke deel van de Stille Oceaan. Wie deze dieren reeds verzorgt dient dit zo snel mogelijk bij de verantwoordelijke instantie te melden.
