The assessment shows that four universities, namely, Sofia University, Ruse University, Plovdiv University and the University of National and World Economy, to a higher or a lesser degree have managed to involve the law clinics in the education process. The report reaches the conclusion that the problem of the clinics lies in their organization and management. One of the major problems is the integration of the law clinics education in the syllabus. Undoubtedly, the integration of the clinics in the official syllable is a crucial factor for their success. Besides the intense involvement of both lecturers and tutors, the integration of the law clinics ensures their relatively greater stability.
