Georgi Stoytchev has more than 20 years of experience in NGO and media management and professional journalism. He has been executive director of the Open Society Institute – Sofia since 2005. Before joining OSI-Sofia he served as director and editor at the Bulgarian service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Prague, Czech Republic. He started his professional career as a newscast anchor and editor at the Bulgarian National Television in 1992. Georgi Stoytchev holds a master degree in Philosophy from the St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University. Since 2010 Georgi Stoytchev has been actively involved in the development of the Bulgarian Universities Ranking System.

От 2007 до 2015 тя е била заместник-ректор „Международни отношения“ на Университет „Проф. д-р Асен Златаров – Бургас“. През този период тя управлявала три проекта по ОП „Развитие на човешките ресурси“, един проект по ОП „Конкурентоспособност“ и участва в три други проекта.

Magdalena Mitkova is an Associated Professor, rector of the “Prof. Dr Assen Zlatarov” University. She graduated in the University “Prof. Dr Assen Zlatarov in the specialty “Technology of organic synthesis”. Her teaching experience is associated with the department “Technology of organic synthesis”, where she has worked as assistant, senior assistant, chief assistant, and associated professor. After restructuring of departments in the “Prof. Dr Assen Zlatarov” University she has been manager of the department “Organic chemical technologies”, and currently she is manager of the department “Organic chemical technologies and chemical engineering”. From 2007 to 2015 she has been Vice Rector International Relations of “Prof. Dr Assen Zlatarov University”. In this period of time she has managed three projects under the operating programme “Development of humain resources, one project under the operating programme “Competitiveness”, and has taken part in three other projects. She is an author of more than 60 papers and has more than 60 citations.

Д-р Надежда Тодоровска е заместник-генерален директор на Български Червен кръст и ръководител направление “Социално-оперативни дейности" (от 2005г.). Основните й компетенции са свързани със стратегическо планиране в областта на промоцията и превенцията на здравето и предоставянето на социални услуги; изработване и управление на проекти в областта на здравеопазването и в социалната сфера. Д-р Тодоровска е магистър по стоматология, Медицински университет, София (1988 – 1992г.) и има завършена магистърска степен по Икономика (Застраховане и социално дело, здравен мениджмънт), Стопанска академия, гр. Свищов (2005г. - 2007г.).Д-р Тодоровска е член на: Експертна група „Универсален достъп и независим живот“ в Европейската платформа на възрастните хора AGE Platform Europe; Управителния съвет на Форум на здравните мениджъри в Международната федерация на Червения кръст и Червения полумесец - Зона Европа; Национална консултативна група в Международната федерация на Червения кръст и Червения полумесец - Зона Европа за изработване на доклад за влиянието на икономическа криза в Европа за 2013 г.; Съвета за обществени консултации към 41-то Народно събрание на Република България и Комитета за наблюдение на изпълнението на Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси" 2007-2013, както и Комитета за наблюдение на Споразумението за партньорство на Р България за 2014-2020 към Министерски съвет.

Zara Maneva is a mathematician, MSc of mathematics and mechanics, specialised in “Fundamentals of cybernetics and control theory”. She started her working career as a system programmer in the business group "Information Services" within the Committee on a uniform system of social information. In the field of health care Zara is working since 1992. In the period 1992 - 1999 she was an expert in the centre of medical statistics within Military Medical Academy - Sofia. Since 1999 Zara is working in the National Health Insurance Fund. Currently Zara is a head of section "Information Provision of pharmacies and clinical laboratories" within the direction "Information processes and information security." During her work in NHIF she has participated in several projects related to the construction of NHIF’s information systems and their connections with the information systems of the contractual partners. Zara participated in the preparation of the most of the realised Technical Specifications and Terms of Reference, for design and development of the NHIF databases, and software applications. Main areas of interest are in the field of system design and analysis, development and implementation of large scale systems, business modelling & project management.
