Також було потрібно вирішити ще одне завдання : чиї машини будемо використовувати. Так як компанія у нас невелика , то власний автопарк ми дозволити собі не можемо , тому й вирішили наймати водіїв з власним транспортом , а в крайніх випадках звертатися в транспортні компанії.

So we decided that we have a permanent full-time drivers , and ” replacement ” – freelancers . Thus , it was possible to establish some transport logistics . Yes, and it’s more convenient to workers – someone get to work two days a week , and someone – two weeks a month. Now we have a ratio of 60/40 .
