Հանրապետության Նախագահին զեկուցվել է, որ հիմնանորոգման ծրագրի շրջանակներում ամրացվել են շենքի հիմքերը, կրող պատերը, կառուցվել են միջոցառումների համար նախատեսված առանձին դահլիճով լրացուցիչ 4-րդ հարկ, նախկին բաց պատշգամբը վերածվել է գրադարանի, փոխվել են ջրամատակարարման, ջրահեռացման, հոսանքի սնուցման համակարգերը, ստեղծվել են հենաշարժական խնդիրներ ունեցող այցելուների մուտքը և ներսում նրանց տեղաշարժն ապահովող հնարավորություններ:

The President of Armenia was informed that in the framework of the renovation works, the foundation and the main walls have been reinforced, an extra, 4th floor with a separate auditorium has been constructed to organize events, and the previously open terrace has become a library, changes have been made in the systems of heating, water supply, sewage, and electric power, and there appeared facilities for the entry and movement inside the Museum for the disabled visitors. The premise has also been technical re-equipped: Renovation works, which commenced in May, 2013, have concluded in November 2016. The Home Museum corresponds to all modern standards; all necessary conditions for the high quality service of the visitors and implementation of the scientific and educational programs have been created.
