Skayline studio team, by the order of the Russian company, has recently created the "Blue Tractor Gosha" animated developing cartoon, which managed to get great popularity in a short time. The international specialists, invited by Microsoft RA, will carry out brief training sessions on Azure, cloud solutions, machine learning, internet of things, mobile programming, latest innovations in web programming etc. The training sessions will be followed with Hackathon [YAN] 2015 during which the teams will develop innovative projects and systems, based on the knowledge and skills, gained during the training session. The participants will be provided with the passwords for Azure system, as well as IOT equipment. The successful solutions will be uploaded on GitHub and will be visible to the whole world. The authors of the best solutions will receive valuable prizes and funding of up to 1,000,000 AMD. Only teams, consisting of 2-5 members, can participate in the contest. The main successes of the Sun Microsystems GDA project have been the effective collaboration with EIF and the establishment of four computer laboratories and an R&D testing laboratory. Many students of the project have been able to receive internships with established companies that have led to full-time offers. In particular, 70% of the 185 graduates of the Sun training program received immediate offers of full-time employment and the remaining graduates all found jobs within two or three months. The main advantages of these students were cited to be strong practical skills along with solid theoretical background, and a tight match to current industry requirements.
