رام الله، بيت لحم وغزة – ضمن مرحلة بناء القدرات ومن خلال مشروع المحطة الواحدة لتنمية الأعمال المستدامة المنفذ من قبل منتدى سيدات الأعمال بالشراكة مع شركة أجيليتي للاستشارات ومجلس الشاحنين الفلسطيني، اختتم مجلس الشاحنين الفلسطيني 3 دورات تدريبية في الأمور والقضايا القانونية في كل من الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، حيث تم استهداف (15) مستفيدة من صاحبات المشاريع والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومتناهية الصغر من قطاع غزة عبر نظام مؤتمرات الفيديو من خلال 3 أيام تدريبية خلال شهري أيار وحزيران، كما وتم استهداف (22) مستفيدة من الضفة الغربية من خلال 4 أيام تدريبية خلال شهري تموز وآب. يجدر الاشارة إلى أن المدرب الذي قام بإعطاء هذه التدريبات هو محام مختص في القضايا القانونية للشركات والمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث قام من خلال هذا التدريب بالتطرق إلى مواضيع متعددة منها مقدمة إلى التجارة الدولية، عقود البيع الدولي، الالتزامات والمسؤوليات المترتبة على كل جهة وسياسات الشحن والتأمين والأمور اللوجيسيتة المتعلقة بالاستيراد والتصدير. شددت المشاركات على أهمية هذا التدريب بالنسبة لهن حيث اكتسبن العديد من المعلومات القانونية الجديدة وبالأخص البنود المتعلقة بالعقود التجارية والتي من شأنها أن تساهم في حماية مشاريعهن وتطويرها. ومن خلال التدريب أصبحت المشاركات على معرفة ودراية جيدة بالآثار القانونية للعقد وتحديد التزاماتهن ومعرفة كيفية تحديد بوليصة التأمين المناسبة لأعمالهن، كما حدث تطبيق عملي للمعلومات التي تم اكتسابها، وحسب السيدة فاتنة عناني، إحدى المستفيدات من مشروع المحطة الواحدة، "قمنا بمناقشة العقود التجارية على أرض الواقع، واستطعنا تحليلها ومعرفة جميع بنودها وتفاصيلها، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يقلل من القلق الذي يصيبنا عند توقيع أي اتفاقية أو عقد خشية عدم قرائتها بشكل جيد أو فهم بنودها"، وأشارت السيدة ختام سليمان، إحدى المستفيدات أيضا من مشروع المحطة الواحدة، إلى الدور المهم الذي لعبه التدريب في تقليل الخوف والقلق من الاتفاقيات والعقود "كنت دائما ألجأ إلى وسيط بخصوص العقود والاتفاقيات حيث أنني لم أشعر بالراحة تجاه قراءة الاتفاقية وفهمها دون الرجوع إلى الوسيط من أجل ملاحظة البنود المخفية والتي من شأنها أن تؤثر سلبا علي، أما الان، فأشعر بثقة أكبر في التوقيع من خلال معرفة كيفية مراجعة الاتفاقية وتحليلها"، وبخصوص موضوع التأمين، أضافت السيدة إخلاص الشولي، إحدى المستفيدات من مشروع المحطة الواحدة، "لقد خسرت الكثير من الأموال نتيجة عدم معرفتي ودرايتي بالجوانب القانونية المترتبة على العقود وخاصة بند التأمين، إلا أن ذلك سيتغير بعد المعلومات التي اكتسبتها من هذا التدريب". جاء التدريب لتحضيرهن لمرحلة التجارة الدولية حيث من المتوقع أن يسهم المشروع في فتح أسواق خارجية للمستفيدات صاحبات الأعمال.

Ramallah, Bethlehem, Gaza – Within the capacity building component of the One Stop Shop Project implemented by the Business Women Forum in partnership with Agility for Management and Consulting and the Palestinian Shippers’ Council, the Palestinian Shippers’ Council conducted 3 legal training courses in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, where 15 women Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the Gaza Strip were targeted through the Video Conference System throughout a 3-day training in May and June, in addition to 22 MSMEs from the West Bank throughout a 4-day training in July and August. Those trainings were given by a specialized lawyer in legal agreements and policies of companies and small and medium enterprises; the training addressed the topics of international agreements, obligations and responsibilities of each party and shipping, logistics and insurance policies; where at the end of the training, participants expressed that this training was very important for them as they were able to gain new legal information that could help them protect and develop their own businesses. Moreover, a practical implementation of the ground of what was learnt was implemented, as in accordance with Ms. Fatina Anani, one of OSS beneficiaries, “we were able to discuss business contracts on the ground, as we analyzed some and went through the exercise of addressing all details and items, which will lead to decreasing anxiety and stress associated with contracts signature due to the fear of not reading it well or misinterpretation of some items in it”; Ms. Khetam Sulaiman, one of OSS beneficiaries; also added “I used to always go to an intermediate when signing agreements as I didn’t feel comfortable and confident about understanding and signing the agreement myself without going back to the intermediate to notice any hidden items that could badly affect me and my business; now I have more confidence in myself and can read an agreement”, as for the issue of insurance, Ms. Ikhlas Sholi, one of OSS beneficiaries, added “I lost a lot of money due to the lack of awareness of legal obligations and those related to contracting; especially when it came to insurance, but following the information gained from the training, this will now change”.
