Seit dem 1. Juni 2007 regelt die EU-Chemikalienverordnung REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) die Registrierung, Bewertung, Zulassung und Beschränkung von Chemikalien, um so den sicheren Umgang mit Chemikalien von der Herstellung bis zur Entsorgung sicherzustellen.

Since 1st June 2007, the EU Chemicals Directive REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) has governed the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals, in order to ensure to the safe handling of chemicals from the point of production to disposal (Directive (EC) No. 1907/2006).

El 1 de junio de 2007 entró en vigor la legislación europea sobre sustancias y preparados químicos REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) sobre el registro, evaluación, autorización y restricción de sustancias y preparados químicos para garantizar el manejo seguro de sustancias químicas, desde su fabricación hasta la eliminación de residuos (Disposición (CE) Nº 1907/2006).

Od 1 czerwca 2007 roku rozporządzenie Unii Europejskiej REACH dotyczące chemikaliów (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) reguluje rejestrację, ocenę, udzielanie zezwoleń i ograniczenia w handlu i stosowaniu niektórych chemikaliów, aby zagwarantować ich bezpieczne stosowanie od produkcji do utylizacji. С 1 июня 2007 года регламент ЕС REACH (регистрация, оценка, санкционирование и ограничение использования химических веществ) регулирует регистрацию, оценку, допуск и ограничение химических веществ для обеспечения безопасного обращения с этими веществами, начиная с производства и заканчивая утилизацией.
