Besorgniserregend ist zudem, dass ZFS neben dem Fallschirm auch die Steuern bezahlt, die in den USA für Herr Schiro bei einem Kontrollwechsel fällig würden Die Generalversammlung von ZFS findet am 3. April 2007 in Zürich statt.

À son décès, le bénéficiaire sera réputé disposer de ses actifs à leur juste valeur marchande, entraînant l'imposition des gains non réalisés. En revanche, les fiducies sont réputées disposer de leurs actifs à leur juste valeur marchande 21 ans suivant la date de leur constitution (et à tous les 21 ans par la suite), ce qui entraîne l'imposition des gains de la fiducie. On devra analyser les conséquences pratiques de ces règles pour établir la meilleure option.
