Esta tierra que me ha visto nacer y crecer es la misma que mece estas viñas de uva madurada por la brisa y el sol mediterráneos. Esta tierra, y no otra, es la que llevo muy dentro de mí. Me siento afortunado porque es aquí, en esta tierra, donde mis antepasados me regalan todos los días su saber, me guían las manos y me aconsejan el espíritu mientras trabajo, precisamente, los mejores frutos de esta tierra.

The land that has witnessed my birth into this world and seen me grow up is the same land which has cradled these vineyards laden with grapes ripened by the Mediterranean breeze and sunshine. It is this land, and no other, that is a part of me. I feel incredibly lucky because it is here, on this land, that my ancestors delight me every day with the wisdom and knowledge that they have passed down. They guide my hands and my spirit whilst I work with the best fruits that this land has to offer. With every day that goes by, I am more and more aware of the great pleasure that I derive from my work here. It is then that I realise that I am part of this land, and that this land has no end and no beginning.

Aquesta terra que m’ha vist néixer i créixer és la mateixa que bressola aquestes vinyes de raïms madurats per la brisa i el sol mediterranis. Aquesta terra, i no una altra, la porto ben endins. Em sento afortunat perquè és aquí, en aquesta terra, on els meus avantpassats em regalen cada dia el seu saber, em guien les mans i m’aconsellen l’esperit mentre treballo, precisament, els millors fruits d’aquesta terra. I cada dia que passa sóc més conscient de com n’és de plaent el meu paper aquí. I llavors m’adono que sóc part d’aquesta terra, que no té fi. Ni principi.
