Ingrédients pour 4-5 personnes: 1 oignon, 2 carottes, ½ kg de pommes de terre, une branche de céleri, le basilic, le thym et le nepitella, demi-tasse d'huile d'olive, la moitié d'un bol de haricots (environ 400 g de fèves fraîches shell), 5-6 feuilles de chou noir, 2 tomates bien mûres, 1 litre et demi d'eau chaude ou de bouillon, une tranche de pain grillé.
