Mr. Haxhinasto: Firstly, I would like to thank you all for being here today in this meeting, which I think is very important, for it starts a cooperation with a very important dimension, even for the diplomatic activity that we carry, which is the presentation of our culture and tradition in all the Albanian world, particularly in areas where Albanians live. This meeting coincides with the 100th anniversary of Independence, another important motivation for our cooperation to be more stable, to resist time. The Albanian diplomacy has a very important mission, that through all its structures and mechanisms, to realize the cultural dimension, the dimension of public diplomacy. I also believe that the cooperation with you will create positive conditions to realize this very important mission. Diplomacy by its nature is connected with culture and history, because the distinguished minds of Albanian literature have provided direct contributions to diplomacy as Noli, Konica and many other important figures. But we also have some specific objectives regarding the Albanian area, estimating that it is entirely possible to unify some of the books and texts dealing with education, culture and Albanian heritage. This of course must be accomplished through the respective agreements with all representatives of the counterpart institutions, of culture, education, in all countries of the region, because in the end it is those authorities who have significant decision-making, to achieve such an objective. In more concrete terms, this cooperation is also reflected in the books you brought, for which we are very grateful. In this way we start giving a great contribution to the Albanian students in the Presevo Valley. I extremely appreciate this generous gift to these students from your part, because the demands are constant and the contribution to the quality of the books, from what I saw with a quick glance, is indeed very significant and worthwhile. A few days ago some representatives of the Presevo Valley were here, the MP of this area Mr. Riza Halimi and Chairman of the Albanian National Council in this area, Mr. Galip Beqiri, and we discussed for such assistance. Thank you immensely for the rapid response to the request of our compatriots from Presevo. I thank you once again and would like to hear from you on how you see the possibility of future cooperation, by thanking you for this very special contribution you donated for the Albanian students of the Presevo Valley.
