La cérémonie a eu lieu cette fois-ci tà l'Amphithéâtre de l'Université Hébraïque de Jérusalem, au Mont Scopus dominant la ville. Parmi les intervenants, Sofa Landver, la ministre de l'Intégration des immigrants, Nathan Sharansky, le président de l'Agence Juive, Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, ministre de l'Information et des affaires de la diaspora, ainsi que Leah Shem Tov, la présidente de la commission parlementaire pour l'Immigration et l'intégration.
