The customer required high flexibility between fillers and packers. They wanted to increase the capacity, renew their old conveyor system and improve the hygienic conditions in the filling area. The factory’s old manual system was expensive, and only possible to clean after the filling had been finalized. Therefore, the new system had to be automatic and focus on good hygiene, low maintenance and high accessibility.

Le client demandait une flexibilité importante entre les machines de remplissage et d'emballage. Son objectif était d'augmenter la capacité de la ligne, renouveler l'ancien système convoyeur et améliorer les conditions d'hygiène de la zone de remplissage. L'ancien système manuel de l'usine était coûteux et pouvait être nettoyé uniquement lorsque le remplissage était finalisé. C'est pourquoi le nouveau système devait être automatique et présenter avant touts une excellente hygiène et une bonne accessibilité, avec un entretien minimal.

Además, quería aumentar la capacidad, renovar el sistema transportador y mejorar las condiciones higiénicas de la zona de rellenado. El sistema manual de la fábrica antigua era caro y solo se podía limpiar después de acabar el rellenado. Por lo tanto, el nuevo sistema debía ser automático y enfocado en conseguir unas buenas condiciones higiénicas, un mantenimiento bajo y una alta accesibilidad.

Il cliente necessitava di una flessibilità elevata tra riempitrici e imballatori. Egli desiderava incrementare la capacità, sostituire il proprio vecchio sistema di convogliamento e migliorare le condizioni igieniche dell'area di riempimento. Il vecchio sistema manuale dello stabilimento era costoso e poteva essere pulito solo al termine del riempimento. Il nuovo sistema doveva essere pertanto automatico e garantire una buona igiene, una manutenzione ridotta e un'elevata accessibilità.

Por isso, o novo sistema precisava ser automático e com foco na higiene ideal, baixa manutenção e alta acessibilidade.

Klient wymagał wysokiej elastyczności między sekcjami napełniania i pakowania. Należało zwiększyć zdolności produkcyjne, odnowić stary system przenośnika i polepszyć warunki higieniczne w strefie napełniania. Stary, ręczny system był drogi, a jego czyszczenie było możliwe wyłącznie po zakończeniu etapu napełniania. W związku z tym nowy system musiał być automatyczny. Należało skupić się na wzroście poziomu higieny, niskich kosztach konserwacji i wysokiej dostępności.

Клиенту требуется возможность быстрой перенастройки с розлива на упаковку. Клиент хотел увеличить производственные мощности, обновить старую конвейерную систему и улучшить гигиенические условия на участке розлива. Старая ручная система была очень затратной, и ее очистку можно было производить только после розлива. По этой причине новая система должна быть автоматической и иметь гигиеничную, малообслуживаемую конструкцию с удобным доступом.

Müşteri, doldurucular ve ambalaj makineleri arasında yüksek esneklik talep etti. Kapasiteyi artırmak, eski konveyör sistemlerini yenilemek ve doldurma alanındaki hijyen şartları iyileştirmek istediler. Fabrikanın eski manuel sistemi pahalıydı ve bu sistemi temizlemek yalnızca doldurma işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra mümkündü. Bu nedenle yeni sistemin otomatik olması ve hijyene, düşük bakım gereksinimlerine ve yüksek erişilebilirliğe sahip olması gerekiyordu.
