Il Kenzenkopf sorge proprio a nord dell’Hochplatte e presenta a tratti un crinale aguzzo con pareti scoscese da ambo i lati, poiché in questi punti il calcare del Wetterstein è assolutamente verticale. Sotto il Kenzenkopf e il Geiselstein si trova il rifugio Kenzenhütte. La sua costruzione non è dovuta al Club Alpino, in quanto già nel XVI secolo serviva da alloggio a boscaioli e cacciatori. Oggi il rifugio a gestione privata è aperto agli escursionisti. L’abbondanza di detriti nelle valli e le gole profonde sono la causa dell’impraticabilità di questo complesso montuoso, che difatti è scarsamente popolato. Anche gli alpeggi sono relativamente rari. L’Ammergebirge, in passato riserva di caccia del re, è oggi la maggiore area protetta tedesca. La parte tedesca, ad eccezione di strette zone marginali, è interamente sotto protezione. Le numerose strade forestali sono chiuse al traffico. In questa zona anche le ferrovie di montagna e gli impianti di risalita sono ben più rari che in altre località nel limite settentrionale delle Alpi. La flora del complesso montuoso dell’Ammergebirge riflette la varietà geologica. In spazi ristretti si trovano piante tipiche delle zone calcaree vicino a piante che le evitano; degne di nota sono le numerose specie di genziane, che fioriscono d’estate. Negli alpeggi nel corso dell’anno si susseguono nell’ordine croco, soldanella e ranuncolo. Anche l’aquilegia, i vitalbino dei sassi e la digitale sono frequenti, mentre è rara la stella alpina. Oltre a queste vi sono moltissime altre piante alpine, che in virtù delle severe disposizioni (è vietato qualsiasi intervento sulla flora) possono svilupparsi indisturbate. I 27.600ha di zona protetta Ammergau sono popolati da greggi di camosci, marmotte e moltissimi esemplari di cervi e caprioli. Degno di nota è anche il numero di galli cedroni, fagiani di monte e corrieri piccoli.

Tukaj se človeku ponuja vse: od položnih s travo poraslih kopastih vzpetin, do tako znamenitih in priljubljenih plezalnih destinacij, kot je Geiselstein.“ (Dieter Seibert) Vzpetina Kenzenkopf stoji točno severno od vzpetine Hochplatte in tvori s strmimi stenami na obeh straneh mestoma oster greben, saj wettersteinski apnenec na tem mestu stoji popolnoma navpično. Pod vzpetinama Kenzenkopf in Geiselstein leži koča Kenzen, ki je ni zgradilo planinsko društvo, temveč je že od 16. stol. naprej služila kot zatočišče gozdnim delavcem in lovcem. Danes je koča v zasebni lasti in je odprta za pohodnike. Zaradi obilja grušča v dolinah, pa tudi globoko vrezanih sotesk je to pogorje neprehodno in zato tudi redko poseljeno. Tudi planšarij je tukaj bolj malo. Gorovje Ammergebirge, nekoč kraljevi lovski revir, je danes največji nemški naravni rezervat. Celoten nemški del gorovja ima, z izjemo ozkih obrobij, priznan naravovarstveni status. Številne gozdne ceste so zaprte za javni promet. Tukaj je v primerjavi s severnimi obronki Alp tudi zelo malo gorskih žičnic in vlečnic. Glede na svoje geološke danosti je rastlinstvo v pogorju Ammergebirge je temu primerno pestro. Rastline, ki uspevajo na apnenčastih tleh, rastejo v bližini tistih, ki apnenca ne prenašajo, izstopajo številne vrste svišča, ki poleti cvetijo v gorah. V planinah se v teku leta za žafranom in alpskim zvončkom oz. soldanelo zvrsti še alpska zlatica. Pogoste so tudi orlica, alpska trta in preobjeda, zelo redko pa naletimo na planiko. Poleg že omenjenih tu uspeva še vrsta drugih planinskih rastlin, ki so se zaradi strogih naravovarstvenih predpisov (prepovedani so vsakršni posegi v rastlinstvo) lahko neovirano razvijale. V naravnem rezervatu, ki skupno obsega 27.600 hektarov Ammergauskih Alp, domujejo tropi gamsov, svizcev in ogromno jelenjadi. Omembe vredno je tudi število divjih petelinov, ruševcev in tekačev.

Semiologie, regelmässige systematische Erkennung und Diagnosestrategie von Brustkrebs oder Tumorrückfällen an der Prothese sind gleich bei fehlendem Implantat: Die frühzeitige Diagnose beruht auf der Entdeckung verdächtiger Mikro-Verkalkungen, struktureller Verzerrung bzw. abgegrenzter anormaler Masse oder Knochenspitzenkonturen. Die Mammographie bei einer Brustprothese muss eine spezielle Technik (EKLUND-Technik) zur Verlagerung der Prothese einsetzen, um eine hochwertige Mammographie zu erzielen. Es ist ebenfalls wünschenswert, grundsätzlich ein Ultraschall zu machen, damit sämtliche Quadranten der Brust einschliesslich der peripheren Bereiche untersucht werden, wo eine Mammographie nicht so effizient ist. Eine weitere Besonderheit der Brustbildgebung auf die Prothese besteht darin, dass sie eine stereotaktische und schallgeführte Biopsie schwieriger machen kann. Bei Schwierigkeiten gibt es zahlreiche Fachradiologen, die die stereotaktische Biopsie einer verdächtigen Verletzung unter guten Bedingungen karzinologischer Sicherheit und Sicherheit für die Prothese erzielen können.
