Bei einer Konferenz zur Beschäftigung von Jugendlichen haben der bulgarische Ministerpräsident Bojko Borissow und der Minister für Arbeits- und Sozialpolitik Totyu Mladenov junge Menschen und Unternehmen dazu aufgefordert, ein neues vom ESF kofinanziertes Programm mit Anreizen für Praktika für junge Arbeitssuchende zu nutzen. Als Folge dieser Aufforderung haben bereits 2000 junge Menschen ihre Bewerbungsunterlagen ausgefüllt, um an diesem Programm teilnehmen zu können, und es werden täglich mehr. Das Programm bietet Schulungsmöglichkeiten und die Gelegenheit, wichtige Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Zudem stehen den Praktikanten Gehaltsbeihilfen und Beiträge zur Sozialversicherung für einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten zur Verfügung.
