Diese Auffassung vertreten zwar die meisten islamischen Rechtsgelehrten jedoch mit dem Unterschied, dass sie daraus nicht auf eine vollständige Unverfügbarkeit des Embryos schließen. Vollständiger Schutz besteht erst nach der Beseelung.

Alhamdulillah (Allah sei gedankt) – heute in dieser Masjid zu sitzen, denn für viele Brüder und Schwestern ist es der erste Ramadan. Allahu Akbar! L’ouvrage de M. Qadri ne nous apprend rien de nouveau et c’est une bonne chose. Il ne présente pas de nouvelles interprétations des sources islamiques ni n’essaye de réinventer la roue. Il contribue à montrer que non seulement l’islam interdit le terrorisme mais aussi qu’il le condamne au feu de l’enfer. Il montre également que les musulmans ont longtemps considéré le suicide comme un acte défendu et que l’islam a adopté cette position depuis ses origines. Le fait de recueillir plusieurs opinions d’érudits classiques montre aussi l’ampleur et la profondeur de l’interdiction faite par l’islam du recours à la force contre les civils, les femmes et les enfants.

Dans une faculté de la charia, on a divisé l'éducation des femmes en deux volets — l'un pour l'enseignement, l'autre pour l'interprétation de la charia, ou fiqh. Or, les femmes n'ont pas l'autorisation d'interpréter la loi. C'est de la discrimination à l'égard des femmes. Nous devons faire quelque chose au sujet de cette décision.

ولما كانت نصوص الكتاب والسنة محددة ومتناهية بينما وقائع الأزمنة وما يستجد للناس في شؤون دنياهم أمور متطورة غير متناهية، ونظراً لأن دولتنا الفتية تقيم حكمها والحمد لله على أساس الكتاب والسنة نصاً وروحاً، فقد أصبح لزاماً علينا أن نمنح الفتيا عناية أكبر، وأن يكون لفقهائنا وعلمائنا؛ حملة مشاعل الهدى، دور إيجابي فعال في بحث ما يستجد من مشاكل الأمة بغية الوصول إلى حلول مستمدة من شريعة الله ومحققة لمصالح المسلمين، ولذلك كله فقد قررت حكومة حضرة صاحب الجلالة تأسيس مجلس للفتيا يضم عشرين عضواً من خيرة الفقهاء والعلماء ليتولى النظر فيما تطلب الدولة منه النظر فيه وما يوجهه إليه أفراد المسلمين من أسئلة واستشارات، وليكون أداة قوية لتنوير الأذهان وتذليل العقبات التي تعترض سبيل التقدم السليم.

Dans les années 1920, la nouvelle politique économique de l’URSS naissante avait atteint un point critique : les réformes échouaient. La structure de l’URSS visait à ancrer le pouvoir du Parti communiste, et les réformes pouvaient être une menace. Ceci soulève une question intéressante : pourquoi les réformes sont-elles allées dans des directions opposées dans les années 1920 et dans les années 1980? Les années 1920 ont été témoin d’un immobilisme des élites tandis que les années 1980 n’ont pas réussi à revigorer l’idéologie.
